Time commitment: 120 minutes per week for each of the 4 weeks.
- Part of this time is in small chunks of time at your pace for watching videos and completing the “Daily Drip” practice to build your muscle memory.
- 60 minutes per week for the Jam Session Zoom or the Team Learning Session call.

David created Presence to Lead in 2007 at the request of a group of executives frustrated that their best subject matter experts weren’t successful as cross-functional business leaders. The execs asked David to help these talented people fill the leadership gaps that were halting their success. He developed a pilot program that participants said was the best leadership program they’d ever taken. David and his team then delivered another 20 P2L programs until all high-potential leaders had completed it. Participants started getting the promotions they’d been struggling to earn and winning coveted roles as their reputations and comp grew.
Because it touches such a common, costly challenge for companies that need to develop future leaders, P2L is still in demand. Today, graduates of P2L who are now executives request it for their teams.

We weight the training toward practicing tools that help you put the ideas into action, to help you create a muscle memory, not just an intellectual memory.
We provide plenty of intellectual ideas, but they provide the foundation and the context to make your newly developed behaviors effective.
This isn’t a program designed for auditing.
Our goal is that you and your fellow participants make a noticeable leap forward during the course of the program.
Plus, you’ll have some short virtual interactions with your peers that will amplify the learning. If you’re only able to audit this program, you and your fellow participants won’t amplify each other’s learning.
